The hounds will go as scheduled, however meets may be canceled
or changed due to questionable weather or ground conditions.
Questionable conditions are those considered to be
harmful to hounds, horses, land or riders.
   
Please give every consideration to landowners and their property.
The last rider through a gate, please see that it is closed and secured.
Damages to fences or property are to be reported to the Field Master for repair.
   

The Hunt field is requested to avoid interference with the hounds,
give the hunt staff the right-of-way at all times and
to stay up closely behind the Field Master.

Formal attire is appropriate for Weekends,
Holidays & some joint meets; ratcatcher otherwise.

   Hunt members’ guests are cordially invited to hunt
and are encouraged to wear their member Hunt colors, if appropriate.
The appropriate capping fee check, payable to Glenmore Hunt, and a signed GH Release Waiver
is best prepared in advance and given to the Field Secretary or Field Master upon arrival.
If convenient, please notify a MFH of anticipated guests.
  
Members hunting at joint meets as guests of another Hunt,
please notify a MFH so he may notify that Hunt
of the number of expected Glenmore members.

   A negative Coggins and hunting license is required by Virginia Law.
